CITY BEACH

City Beach is a light-filled Mediterranean inspired home, originally built by a family with Macedonian background.

Re-imagined for the 1987 America’s Cup, a top level was added to view the yacht races. This place is filled with history.

Right in the middle of Covid, Kinn was the design studio involved with interior and exterior renovations. To compliment the architecture, rooms were opened and arches were introduced adding classical elements to the home.

In the Kitchen, a harmonious warm palette of walnut and brass contrasts with the raw concrete benchtop and handmade glossy Moroccan tiles.
